A good basic strategy is to make pass line bets or don't pass line bets
by placing the true odds bet once the point has been established.

Another good bet is to place a six or eight to win

The following bets are Proposition Bets these are all one-roll bets
(appart from the Hardways) that can be made at any time

Any Craps - you win if a 2,3,or 12 is thrown - payoff 8:1
Any seven - you win if a seven comes up - payoff 5:1
Eleven - you win if an eleven is rolled - payoff 15:1
Ace Deuce - you win if a three is thrown - payoff 15:1
Aces or Boxcars - you win is a two or a twelve is thrown - payoff 30:1

Horn Bets these act as as bets on 2,3,11 and 12 all at the same time,
payoff depends on the number thrown, the other three bets are lost

Hardways this bet wins if the number is rolled the hardway before it or a 7 is thrown the easy way,
for example, as a double Hardways bet on 6 will win if, 3-3 is thrown before 7, 4-2 or 5-1.
